Refund & Return Policy
At MiraBelle Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return if opened or worn.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
